Helen has been praticing law since 2000. Prior to opening her own law firm, she worked at the Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office in Dayton, Ohio where she was a successful trial attorney responsible for all phases of the prosecution of adults and juveniles charged with felony and misdemeanor crimes. Before joining the Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office, Helen worked for a mid-size law firm in Cincinnati, Ohio where she zealously represented clients in class action, employment, labor, discriminatory housing, predatory lending, contract and tort lawsuits.

Ted Valley is a graduate of the University of Dayton, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice – Law Enforcement in 1995.

In 1999, Ted graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree. Later in 1999, Ted was admitted to the Ohio State Bar.
